Consolidating four (4) isolated SLC PLCs, two (2) ControlLogix PLCs to a redundant ControlLogix rack with remote Point I/O. Also, converting a Labview SCADA interface to FactoryTalk ViewSE. Integrated new equipment with an existing system to improve product quality. Complex program in Studio 5000 utilizing custom AOIs, UDTs, and calculations. FactoryTalk ViewSE was modified with global objects, custom faceplates, and parameter files. Commissioned on schedule!
Pacific Blue upgraded a complex PLC5 to ControlLogix application utilizing the Rockwell Automation conversion kit. There were no wiring schematics, multiple DeviceNet networks, Remote I/O, and five PanelViews over Ethernet I/P. Commissioned ahead of schedule!
Happy Holiday’s to all of our customers, distributors, vendors, and partners! What an amazing 2019. We doubled in size, relocated to a larger facility, opened a new office in Northern California, and most importantly had a lot of fun doing it! Looking forward to an exciting 2020!
