Joe Carson, President and Founder of Pacific Blue Engineering, is a highly experienced leader in the automation industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and certification as a TÜV Rheinland Functional Safety Engineer, Joe has extensive expertise in discrete automation, systems engineering, control systems architectural design, motion, UL508A control panel design, and functional safety.

Joe’s strong technical background and business development skills have been instrumental in serving clients across various industries, including Food/Beverage, Life Sciences, General Manufacturing, Transportation, and Entertainment. Recognized as an Engineering Leader Under 40 by Plant Engineering Magazine, Joe brings over 14 years of experience in controls and automation to his role at Pacific Blue Engineering
